Elifnur Alparslan is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Translation Studies at Atılım University and serves as an Instructor at the School of Foreign Languages at OSTİM Technical University. She completed her undergraduate studies in Translation and Interpreting (English, French, Turkish) at Sivas Cumhuriyet University and studied English Language and Translation at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança in Portugal as part of the Erasmus+ Program. She specializes in various fields of translation, including medical, literary, technical, and legal translation. At OSTİM Technical University’s Translation Unit, she works as the Vice-Coordinator, managing the translation and editing processes of academic and administrative documents, while also providing guidance for other translation projects. Previously, she taught English at the high school and secondary school levels in various private educational institutions. Additionally, she contributed to international projects such as the Festival de Cinema Acessível, focusing on audiovisual translation and accessibility. Alongside her academic career, she holds a pedagogical formation certificate and is proficient in English (advanced), French (intermediate), and Portuguese (intermediate).
