Damla Nur Aktürk is a lecturer at OSTİM Technical University, School of Foreign Languages. She graduated from Trabzon University’s English Language Teaching (ELT) program in 2022. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on teaching methodologies, technology integration, and inclusive educational practices. After graduation, she gained experience teaching English to various age groups at institutions such as Tevfik Serdar High School, İMKB Middle School, Pusula VIP Educational Institution, and Hasan Tahsin Primary School. Since 2023, Aktürk has been working at OSTİM Technical University, where she emphasizes innovative approaches to English language teaching. Her research interests include the use of English as a Lingua Franca, the impact of age on language learning, pronunciation teaching techniques, and the role of digital resources in enhancing student engagement. She is also committed to developing inclusive practices for students with special needs and multilingual classrooms. Aktürk continues her academic journey with a student-centered and innovative teaching philosophy, conducting research to make language learning more effective.
