Fatma Özdemir is an educator with a diverse range of experiences, enriched by her work in different sectors and her international educational background. She completed her undergraduate studies in Environmental Engineering at Atatürk University. She completed her master's degree in Environmental Engineering at Sakarya University. In 2023, Fatma Özdemir graduated from the English Language Teaching program at the Middle East Technical University (METU). She also studied language, culture, and linguistics at SUNY New Paltz State University in the United States. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Administration at Hacettepe University. Fatma Özdemir began her professional career in Environmental Engineering at HSC Arıtım A.Ş. in Istanbul. She worked in the department responsible for the design and proposal preparation of clean water treatment projects. She also served as the department head of the international import and export division. Later, she was promoted to the position of Regional Manager. As the Regional Manager for the Ankara office, Fatma Özdemir was responsible for managing all operations in the Ankara region for HSC Arıtım A.Ş. This position represented a period of significant development for her leadership and management skills. While studying language, linguistics, and culture at SUNY New Paltz State University in the United States, she worked part-time in campus services for Sodexo. This experience provided her with the opportunity to work in the service sector in an international environment. Since 2023, Fatma Özdemir has been working as a Lecturer at the School of Foreign Languages at OSTİM Technical University in Ankara.
